The SCS.3m ships with a new version of Native Instruments' Traktor LE that is based on the latest TRAKTOR PRO software platform, allowing the SC SYSTEM 3 products to be used together to create a full DJ system with intuitive control over the robust software features introduced with Traktor LE. Using only the SCS.3m, SCS.3d, and Traktor LE, a complete DJ rig with performance control features that surpass the capabilities of traditional mixer/deck equipment can be setup anywhere in the world within minutes.

The SC SYSTEM 3 consists of two decks (SCS.3ds) and a mixer (SCS.3m) that have many of the same controls as a traditional two turntable and mixer setup, however they are way more powerful and advanced. At a fraction of the size and weight of a traditional setup and with minimal moving parts, the SC SYSTEM 3 is a great solution no matter if you are a seasoned veteran or a beginner DJ.

Native Instrument's Traktor LE software perfectly integrates with the SC SYSTEM 3. The SCS.3 controllers not only allow you to mix between two songs, but also allow you to manage your music collection, loop, add effects, and engage Traktor LE's synchronization engine to help automatically line up two songs without the years of practice required on a traditional vinyl setup.

Because of the tight interaction between the SCS.3 controllers and Traktor LE, everything that happens on screen stays in perfect harmony with the light feedback on the controllers, allowing you to mix in low light environments and focus on your performance with confidence.

The SC SYSTEM 3 Controllers

The SCS.3 controllers can all be used separately, or together to give you an unparalleled MIDI control rig that allows you to plug and play anywhere in the world within minutes. With a built-in powered USB hub and magnetic connecting system, the SC SYSTEM 3 controllers can be easily connected to each other for a high tech version of a full traditional DJ setup... without the weight, size and connectivity issues.

4 Deck Control

The SCS.3m features two channel strips for control of two channels of a software mixer at any one time. However, each channel strip can be switched to control an additional two channels for a total of four channels of control with the 3m, providing a scalable interface while remaining portable at the same time. When switching between decks the 3m will remember which control mode each deck was on (FX or EQ) and will automatically update the sliders to that channel's last settings.

The SCS.3d’s layout and portability provide DJs with an unmatched level of performance and control. The StanTouch® interface can be used for scratching, scrubbing, and navigating through digital audio. The tactile buttons, triggers, and virtual faders can also control samples, pitch, effects, cue and loop points, and other mapable functions. Multiple finger touches can even prompt quick kills on EQ's or transform effects on volume.

USB Hub

The built in powered 4-port USB hub can be used to connect additional SCS.3 products to the SCS.3m allowing a single USB cable to be connected to the computer. With 2 ports on the rear of the unit it's possible to connect devices very quickly for fast setups in mobile environments. 2 additional ports on the inside of the back panel of the SCS.3m allow cables to be routed from additional 3 series controllers or storage devices such as flash drives. With a power connection the USB hub ensures that devices receive enough power for complete stability in any performance environment.

Traktor

Every SC SYSTEM 3 pack comes with the ability to unlock the LE version of Native Instruments' award winning Traktor PRO software. One of the first true Traktor LE controllers, the SC SYSTEM 3 pack is specifically designed to incorporate full application feedback from Traktor, ensuring complete parity between hardware and software. iTunes® integration, broad file compatibility, and an advanced tempo detection / synchronization engine enables you to easily browse your music collection, load a song, sync the decks for an automatic perfect beat match, and start mixing in no time, even without any DJ experience. For the more accomplished DJ, Traktor LE also opens the door to advanced performance techniques such as dropping FX and looping for live remixing.

Hook Me Up

Magnect connection system allows multiple SC SYSTEM 3 units to securely snap together, creating a larger control surface with increased performance options. And built in wire management means that there won't be a mess of cables to deal with.

Stanton SC SYSTEM 3 Set Ups

1 SCS.3d

One SCS.3d is capable of controlling 2 virtual decks in your favorite DJ software through the use of Deck Switching logic built into the preset. A single unit is also the perfect compliment to any DVS (like Serato Scratch Live or Traktor Scratch).

1 SCS.3m

The SCS.3m can be used on it's own for basic transport and DJ mixing controls for playing songs in any mobile environment.

2 SCS.3d

This setup gives you more flexibility, allowing for simultaneous control of 2 decks. On either side of a laptop, they deliver a compact and complete DJ software control solution for beginners and experts alike. And when connected to each other using Stanton's Magnect technology, you have a portable 2 deck control surface that fits easily on a desk or a DJ booth.

2 SCS.3m

Multiple SCS.3m's can be used to gain more channel control for applications such as Abelton Live.

SCS.3m + SCS.3d

The SCS.3m and SCS.3d can be used for extended control of the decks in software. A single SCS3d can be used to toggle between virtual decks or multiple SCS.3d's can be used for direct control of each deck while the SCS.3m remains fixed to controlling the software mixer functions.

I have to say I absolutely love this system. For me, digital DJing is about pushing the boundaries – of ease of use, of size, of capability, even of what DJing actually is and where it can be done. This little system has something to say about all of these things, and then some.

• It's small and durable enough to genuinely be packed to take anywhere with you – I think it will go on for years and years with no problems

My connection with Stanton products has been one of practicality and Technology manipulation. In my twice weekly residency and gigs, there are 2 Stanton products that are standard packed in my DJ bag-the Scs3d and Uberstand. They have become a necessity and a standard set-up in my DJ rig. The Scs3d allows me to do multiple triggers of cue points cutting and editing on the fly. With the tactile touch interface I can sweep across loop points creating cool loop rolls. The MIDI mapping is extremely versatile and easy to use with the softwares that I am using. The Uberstand-super sturdy and always reliable to put my laptop at all my gigs. Its a DVS laptop must have. The best thing of all these 2 products look really good in my rig, some even call it my "bling bling"! ”

As a mobile and club DJ, I love the fact that the SC SYSTEM 3 is so small and versatile. My "coffin" for the set is the original packaging, so when I have to DJ anywhere it's already setup to plug n play.

I use the Sync feature of the SCS.3 with Traktor to simplify my mixing experience, as well as leaving more time/space to do more advanced mixing. EQ mixing, looping, etc.

When using the SCS.3 with Serato, I use the loop features on the 3Ds because it is so easy to cue up. I use the loops for exciting/smoother transitions or to amp the crowd.

After spending a couple of weeks working with the system. controls all the features of Traktor pro with no problems it makes my job easier the jog wheel got the same feel of a turntable, most of the features I use are the effects and cue points I try others controllers on the market and system3 is by far the most advance controller on the market and is the only controller Traktor ready. Some other controllers on the market are a headache and has to be mapped, systen3 makes me a better dj I can create my own remix on the fly get cue points, effects and I can concentrate more on the dance floor than looking at a laptop screen just controlling everything with SC SYSTEM 3 is a piece of cake specially with the type of music I spin (Latin music on witch I depend a lot on looping and different effects to make my mixes great) like dj mag and other publications said system3 the best controller period. With 25 years of experience on nightclubs this is the best piece of equipment I couldn’t live without it.
