Dj MLE's career began with small guest spots at local clubs throughout Colorado. She developed a taste for nu skool breaks, and shared the sound with people for several years during her residency at Denver's CLUB VINYL. Her Tuesday night there became so successful that MLE gained a Friday night residency, where she opened up for some o f the worlds most talented Dj's.

It was during this time that she won the title of Denver's Best Dj in 2002-2003 from Clear Channels 93.3 KTCL radio station. In 2003 she obtained the title of Readers Choice Best Club DJ 2003 from Denver's entertainment newspaper The Westword. MLE began a radio show on the award winning Breaks FM during 2005, and Stanton picked her up for an international sponsorship in 2006.

Wicked smooth mixing skills, proper track selection for every crowd, and an unmatchable energy has elevated Dj mLe into a class above the rest. Over the years, MLE has been consistently booked all over Colorado, headlining clubs such as the Church, Vinyl, Club Beta and many underground parties. She has been regularly featured in newspapers and magazines throughout the years, and continues to be a local favorite in Denver. She began to tour the country in 2006, hitting clubs in LA, NY, HI, NC, AZ and finally broke out of the country in 2008, for a show in the UK. She has become a resident at LA's hot spot the Viper Room, where she performs with 2 live dancers in a coordinated show — it is truly the first of its kind.

MLE has been involved in several productions of her very own during the last few years, creating some of her very own tracks, and collaborating on a number of projects with other local artists. In 2008, MLE began incorporating Electro into her sets and production, and her performances have taken on a whole new energy. Live vocal manipulation and lyrical journeys have helped created a one of a kind show. She has a masterful way of programming her sets for an evening of intelligent eclectic beats, hard, funky bass lines, smooth harmonic mixing, and an unforgettable energy behind the ones and twos.
