Paul T "He has the flair for the funky and groovy"(Straits Times Life!) Multi award-winning music producer, recording artist, DJ and remixer, Paul T.'s music has been hitting the airwaves and clubs from the U.S to Singapore. Ever since he started remixing and producing for some of the big names in the region, he has worked with the philosophy of always striving to achieve a true international and global sound. Prior to his debut solo release in 2002-Steppin' Out, Paul T had released music under BMG, Universal, Def Jam (Rush Hour 2), Sony Music, Pony Canyon etc. Since 2002 he has taken his musical journey back to the United States which was where he started his musical career as a Hip Hop DJ and remixer. He now works closely with U.S Label Basiclux Records to write, remix and produce for some of their forefront releases. In fact, he is the only Singapore producer to be working on music for U.S recording artists. Paul T's chameleon-like sound is difficult to pinpoint - downtempo, hip hop lounge, funky house, breaks etc. The purveyor and leader of chill-out and downtempo grooves is versatile in all aspects of the groove. Paul T now works with the best from around the world - a collective of vocalists, MCs and musicians - to develop a global partnership that has created an exciting platform for his music to be heard. His soon to be released album "AUDIOBIOGRAPHY" features guest artists like Tweeky from Sweden, ielo from Paris, GXR from the UK, Plutonic Lab from Melbourne, Celsius7 from San Francisco, Madison Park from Atlanta and much more. In the process of creating it, he has established a global collaboration and forged new musical friendships for future production works. With all the buzz in his studio, this year has proven to be an exciting one for Paul T. He wrote 3 songs for Billboard Hit Makers Madison Park's album In The Stars and is currently in production for 2 new songs for their new album. As a DJ, he is technically versatile in both House and HipHop/RnB genres. He is currently active in the DJ scene with a regular mix show for LUSH FM and regular gigs at various clubs.
